Polaris/P-Shares MSCI Taiwan Financials ETF described herein are indexed to an MSCI index.
The fund since its set-up date, will invested its funding accordingly to the constituents of the indices, price fluctuation of constituents stocks would effect the fund’s NAV. The NAV of the fund by investors’ cash participation, will not be equal to the fund’s listing prices, investors participated in cash creation of the units of the fund should be fully aware the potential premium/discount risks of fund’s NAV volatility due to the prices fluctuation of constituents stocks, between the funds’ set-up date until the funds listed.

The fund management company will not accept any redemption of units of the funds or in-kind redemption of the units of the funds until the funs are listed in TSEC (listed dated is not included).
